Step 1: Solid Prep = Solid Performance
Everything starts with the base. Whether we’re working on fresh concrete or existing asphalt, we make sure it’s clean, dry, and structurally sound. We’ll repair any cracks or surface issues before we even think about applying coatings — because a great court always starts from the ground up.
Step 2: Priming for Perfect Bonding
Next up is the primer. This layer helps the coating system properly bond to the surface underneath. Skipping it? Not an option. It’s a critical part of making sure your court lasts for years and stands up to all the action.
Step 3: Cushion Layers (Optional but Awesome)
If you want your court to be easier on the joints — especially for tennis or pickleball — we can add cushion layers using Laykold Cushion Plus. This rubberized layer goes down before the color coats and provides a softer, more forgiving playing experience without compromising performance.
Step 4: Color Coats That Last
